1. Refund Policy

SkillNXT follows a strict No Refund Policy for all courses, programs, and cohorts offered, whether paid in full or via installments.

• Once a student has enrolled and successfully completed the payment (in full or as the first installment), the amount paid is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, personal unavailability, dissatisfaction with pace of teaching, or withdrawal from the course.
• This policy applies regardless of the number of live sessions attended or missed by the student.
• Students are strongly encouraged to review the course curriculum, schedule, prerequisites, faculty details, and fee structure carefully before making payment and confirming enrollment.
• In the rare event that SkillNXT is unable to deliver a course due to reasons solely attributable to SkillNXT (such as permanent discontinuation of the course before it begins), SkillNXT will evaluate such cases on an individual basis at its sole discretion.
• No refund requests will be entertained via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person once payment has been processed.

2. Attendance & Lecture Access

2.1 Class Schedule

All live lectures are conducted on weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday), as per the schedule communicated to students at the time of enrollment or updated from time to time.

2.2 Missed Sessions

• If a student is unable to attend a live session, a recording of that specific lecture will be made available to the student.
• It is the student's responsibility to inform SkillNXT in advance, where possible, if they anticipate missing a session.
• Access to recordings for missed sessions is subject to the recording access window described in Section 4.

2.3 Repeat Sessions

• In special or exceptional circumstances (e.g., a technical failure during a live class, or a majority of students missing a critical session), SkillNXT may, at its sole discretion, arrange a repeat session to ensure continuity of learning.
• Repeat sessions are not guaranteed and are arranged only when SkillNXT deems it necessary.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Installment Option

Students may choose to pay the course fee in installments, where such an option is offered for a particular course. The number of installments, amounts, and due dates will be clearly communicated at the time of enrollment.

3.2 Consequences of Missed Payments

• If a scheduled installment is not paid by its due date, access to live lectures, recordings, and study materials will be suspended with immediate effect.
• Access will be restored only after the pending installment (along with any applicable late fee, if levied) has been cleared in full.
• SkillNXT is not liable for any loss of learning continuity, missed sessions, or expired recording access resulting from suspension due to non-payment.
• Repeated failure to clear dues may result in permanent termination of enrollment without refund, in accordance with Section 1.

4. Study Material & Recordings

4.1 Study Material

All study materials (notes, PDFs, assignments, reference documents, etc.) provided by SkillNXT as part of the course are available to enrolled students for lifetime access, subject to the Code of Conduct in Section 5.

4.2 Recorded Lectures

• Recorded lectures are accessible to students for a period of one (1) week from the date the corresponding live session was conducted.
• After this one-week window, the recording will be automatically removed from the student's access and will not be available for later viewing or download.
• Students are advised to complete viewing of any missed lecture recordings within this window.
• Downloading, screen-recording, or storing recorded lectures beyond the permitted access window is not allowed.

5. Code of Conduct

All students are expected to maintain discipline, professionalism, and mutual respect during live sessions, in community groups (e.g., WhatsApp groups), and in all interactions with faculty and fellow students.

5.1 Prohibited Conduct

• Cheating or engaging in dishonest practices during assessments, tests, or assignments.
• Unauthorized recording (audio, video, or screen-recording) of live sessions.
• Sharing, forwarding, uploading, reselling, or otherwise distributing SkillNXT materials — including textbooks, notes, presentations, and recordings — with any person who is not an enrolled student.
• Using abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive language or behavior toward faculty or fellow students.

5.2 Consequences of Violation

• Any violation of this Code of Conduct will result in immediate termination of the student's access to the course, materials, and community groups, without refund.
• Depending on the severity of the violation (particularly unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material), SkillNXT reserves the right to pursue legal action to protect its intellectual property and business interests.

6. Certification Policy

• Upon successful completion of a course, SkillNXT issues a certificate of completion to the student.
• This certificate is intended solely as a token of personal achievement and a way to celebrate the student's learning milestone.
• The certificate is not a professional accreditation, degree, or diploma, and is not intended to be used as formal proof of qualification during job interviews, professional licensing, or academic admissions.
• SkillNXT makes no representation that the certificate will be recognized or accepted by any employer, institution, or regulatory body.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

7.1 Data We Collect

In the course of enrollment and providing our services, SkillNXT may collect personal information from students, including but not limited to: full name, phone number, email address, payment details (processed through third-party payment gateways), and course-related preferences.

7.2 How We Use Your Data

• To process enrollment and payments.
• To share class schedules, links, study materials, and important updates.
• To communicate about faculty or schedule changes.
• To respond to student queries and provide support.

7.3 Data Security & Retention

• Student data is stored securely and access is limited to authorized SkillNXT personnel only.
• All personally identifiable student data is permanently deleted from SkillNXT's systems after a period of six (6) months from the date of collection or from the end of the course, whichever is applicable.
• SkillNXT does not sell, rent, or trade student personal information to third parties.
• SkillNXT does not engage in spamming or misuse of personal information; communication is limited to enrollment-related and course-related purposes.

7.4 Third-Party Services

Certain functions, such as payment processing or video-conferencing for live classes, may be handled through trusted third-party service providers. These providers have their own privacy policies governing the use of information they process on our behalf.

8. Schedule & Faculty Changes

• Any changes to the class schedule (date, time, or platform) or to the assigned faculty for a course will be communicated to students via WhatsApp message in a timely manner.
• In the event of a faculty change, SkillNXT will ensure that students are formally introduced to the new faculty member before their sessions begin, including relevant background and expertise.
• Students are advised to keep their contact details (particularly WhatsApp number) updated with SkillNXT to ensure they receive all communications without delay.

9. Amendments to This Policy

SkillNXT reserves the right to review, update, or modify this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service at any time, at its sole discretion, to reflect changes in its practices, legal requirements, or business operations. Any material changes will be communicated to enrolled students. Continued use of SkillNXT's services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with enrollment in SkillNXT courses shall first be sought to be resolved amicably through discussion between the parties, failing which the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Navi Mumbai, India.
